Annual Dues
The HOA board will be sending out our annual dues statements next week. We are pleased to announce that our annual dues are remaining $200 for 2023. Payments are due by August 15, 2023. These funds cover expenses related to landscaping and mowing of common areas, street snowplowing, liability insurance for common areas, and general operating expenses.
New for 2023, payment can be made electronically!
Simply log in to the HOA Messenger mobile app and click Payments. To download and register on the app, please visit https://www.hoamessenger.com/hoa-messenger-resident-sign-up . Our community code is “37812297 - Greenbriar Village”. Please note that electronic payments may incur a small processing fee.
Payments can also be made by check or money order mailed to the address found on your statement. Please email info@greenbriarvillagehoa.com with any questions.
New Treasurer
We are saddened to announce that Jim Gartrell will be retiring from his position as HOA Treasurer in August 2023. We are so appreciative of his generous volunteer service over the last several years and we wish him the best!
We are pleased to announce that our neighbor and friend, Evan Finley, will be assuming duties as the new HOA Treasurer. Filling Jim's shoes will not be easy, but we are confident that Evan will do a fantastic job!
All of our board members are volunteers from the neighborhood. The HOA Treasurer is an especially important job. This individual acts as the financial manager for the association, and is responsible for maintaining all financial records including billing, collections, and dispersement of funds. The Treasurer also works with the President to complete regulatory filings and contributes to planning of community events.
